Tunga Lyft is currently located in Malmö, Linköping, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Karlstad and Luleå with about 75 employees. Turnover about 120 million per year. Tunga Lyft has focused on performing large heavy complex lifts both outdoors and indoors. Our clients range from large listed companies to smaller local businesses. What does your working day as Operations Manager look like?
Working as an operations manager for Heavy Lift means that you independently drive our depot’s operations forward. You are responsible for the business, volume and human resources for the daily operations in your area of operation. This means you are responsible for both the operational and strategic work of the depot. The area of operation extends from Sundsvall in the north to Nyköping in the south. The position is both practical and administrative.
The responsibility is to continuously plan and organize production, prepare risk analyses, quotations, calculations, be responsible for work preparation and staffing. You are also responsible for ensuring that the machinery is properly dimensioned and that vehicles and equipment meet the quality standards set. You manage the business according to Tunga Lyft’s established framework for Quality, Environment and Work Environment Policy.
You report to the Depot Manager.

Who likes it here?
We would like you to have experience in production, engineering, planning and management from heavy industry or contracting. You should also have experience in sales and marketing and a good financial understanding to be able to monitor key figures and results. Good computer skills, a driving license and written and spoken English are required. You should be able to cope with a fast pace and quick decisions. Many balls in the air.
