Tunga Lyft has focused in to perform large heavy complex lifts both outdoors and indoors. Our customers are everything from large listed companies to smaller local businesses. Tunga Lyft works in all types of businesses and industries.
What does your working day as an operator look like?
Working as an Operations Manager for Heavy Lifts means that you will independently run our depot’s activities going forward. You are responsible for the business, volume and human resources for the daily activities in your area of operation. This means that you are responsible for both the operational and strategic work at the depot. The area of activity extends from Sundsvall to Riksgränsen. The position is both practical and administrative.
Responsibilities include the continuous planning and organization of production, the establishment of risk analysis, quotes, calculations, responsibility for work preparation and staffing. You is also responsible for ensuring that there is a properly sized fleet of machinery and that vehicles and equipment achieve the quality standard set. You manage the business according to Tunga Lyft’s established framework for Quality, Environment and Work Environment Policy.
You report to the Depot Manager.

Who likes it here?
We would like you to have experience in production, engineering, planning and management. from heavy industry or construction. You should also have experience in sales and marketing and a good financial understanding to be able to follow up on key performance indicators and result. Good computer skills, a driving license and written and spoken English are required. You should be able to of a fast pace with quick decisions. Many balls in the air.
