Tunga Lyft i Sverige AB with operations in Malmö, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Varberg, Luleå and Karlstad acquires Linköping Tungservice AB with operations in Linköping and the surrounding area.
Linköping Tungservice was founded in 1989 by Cai Pettersson and is today a well-established company in the heavy handling industry with long experience and meritorious references. Since its inception, the business is qualified and heavy lifting in industry. In recent years, the company has also consciously and in a balanced way expanded its industrial services business. Linköping Tungservice is today the market leader in Östergötland in heavy goods handling and has a turnover of about 30 MSEK and employs about 25 people.
The purpose of the acquisition is part of making Tunga Lyft i Sverige AB a nationwide company and in addition, Linköping Tungservice adds industrial competencies that will be very valuable to us, saysPeter Revay, CEO of Tunga Lyft i Sverige AB. Furthermore, Peter Revay mentions that Tunga Lyft can transfer competencies in areas such as infrastructure that will strengthen Tungservice’s offer in the eastern parts of Sweden.
