We were tasked with dismantling a terrace, and it wasn’t tiny, so to speak. With 1000 concrete slabs to be lifted and carried down from the sixth floor, the job is expected to take almost four weeks.
To help us, we have used counterweight lifts, two of which we bought for this particular job. These counterbalance lifts are like a pallet truck with a lifting arm on it, and a counterweight that allows the weight to be pumped up hydraulically.
So we lift the concrete slab with the counterweight turning around to another pallet trolley that transports it to an elevator, and once on the ground they are received by a truck that takes them away.
This is done a thousand times, proving that we are not only good at quality, but also at quantity. Good, right?
