We welcome Martin Ericson back as the new Chief Technical Officer. He started working for Tunga Lyft already in 1994, but then moved to Valmet AB in 2007 where he worked with planning and management of maintenance work, as well as inspections of boilers in the power and recycling industry all over the world.
But now he is back at Tunga Lyft, and thanks to his previous long experience with us, he is well versed in the technology and already knows many of the staff.
Martin is usually based in our office in the Karlstad region, and will lead the sales and engineering team, as well as being part of the Large Projects team.
He will thus have a broad role, focusing on technology, sales and at the same time nurturing the great Tunga Lyft feeling.
He is also the go-to person for launching, moving houses, lifting roofs and marketing issues.
Martin, how would you describe the Heavy Lift feeling?
– Tunga lyft is a company with a strong brand and great trust among our customers. We work together for the customer, and the most important thing is that we always do the job safely and securely. Feeling that you are doing a good job and taking pride in your work is important to us. To feel that we are solving the customer’s problem together.
Can you tell us about an odd lift you have done?
– An odd job was lifting and moving a shelter, they get quite big when you dig them out. Another fun job to be involved in was replacing a combined car and railway bridge in Oxberg, Dalarna. It becomes quite a bit more difficult when you are not allowed to touch water.
What lifts you up?
– Downhill Cycling with the family and when I manage to get time on the boat
