Piling work at ESS in Lund

Prior to further construction at ESS in Lund, it is important to test the load-bearing capacity of the foundation so that nothing goes wrong before the building goes up. We therefore load the piles up to 940 tons with our hydraulics in different cycles according to a developed technique. The rock anchors are holding up and the reinforced 1000-ton beams are struggling with the high load.
