Tunga Lyft lifts footbridge in Helsingborg

Järnkonstruktion AB in Helsingborg had an idea to lift up a footbridge for reconstruction. They contacted Tunga Lyft in Malmö and we decided to install our concrete lumps and 185-ton jacks to get both a safe and stable construction because it’s very windy down in the harbor.

32 lumps of concrete were then left in place to hold the footbridges for two months during the reconstruction. These concrete blocks are absolutely perfect as we can weld them together to form a unit which makes them very stable.
