Customer-oriented Operations Manager for Tunga Lyft Malmö
Tunga Lyft is currently located in Malmö, Linköping, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Karlstad, Örebro, Luleå and Gällivare with about 80 employees. Turnover about 130 million per year. Tunga Lyft has focused on performing large heavy complex lifts both outdoors and indoors. Our clients range from large listed companies to smaller local businesses. Tunga Lyft works in all types of businesses and industries.
As our current operations manager has been given an expanded area of responsibility and is moving on within the company, we are now looking for our new operations manager for the Malmö depot.
What does your working day as an operations manager look like?
Working as Operations Manager for Heavy Lift means that you independently drive our depot’s operations forward. You are responsible for the business, volume and staffing of the daily operations of your depot. This means that you are responsible for both the operational and strategic work of the depot. The area of operation is Skåne, Blekinge, Småland and part of Halland.
The responsibility is to continuously plan and organize production, prepare risk analyses, quotations, calculations, and be responsible for work preparation and staffing.
You are also responsible for ensuring that the depot has the right-sized machinery and that vehicles and equipment meet the quality standards set. You manage the business according to Tunga Lyft’s established framework for Quality, Environment and Work Environment policy according to our ISO certification.
You will report to the Regional Manager.

Who likes it here?
We would like you to have experience in production, engineering, planning and management. You should also have experience in sales and marketing and a good financial understanding to be able to monitor key figures and results. Good computer skills, a driving license and written and spoken English are required. You should be able to cope with a fast pace and quick decisions. Many balls in the air and a distinctly entrepreneurial spirit.
